Diamond pear shape cluster ring 14k yellow and white gold

Circa 1980, claw set with a 5 x 2.30 pear shape diamond 0.23 ct. estimated weight. There are 19 full cut diamonds 0.28 ct. total estimated weight. The clarity/colour grade is VS-2-SI-2-I-1/G-H-I. 4.5 grams Size 8.
