Sapphire and diamond ring 14k yellow gold

Circa 1980, claw set with a 6.5 x 4.5 oval faceted natural sapphire 0.70 ct estimated weight. The sapphire is medium dark blue, moderate inclusions, some surface abrasions. There are 4 full cut diamonds 0.08 ct, estimated total weight. The clarity/colour grade is SI-1-2/H-I. 2.9 grams Size 7.
