As of March 2020 we are starting our own series of "in house" workshops hosted by Paul Stewart (Dad/photographer/owner). After a career in architectural millwork and the woodworking industry, I retired in 2014. We started The Georgian Artisan Shop in Thornbury as a mother, father, daughter shop in 2017 and for me it has turned into a great chapter 2 for my life.
To me there is no bigger thrill than the process of creating, with the exception of enjoying it with like minded people who share the same passion of working with their hands. The workshops will be geared towards introductory levels and will consider going to more advanced workshops if interest is there.
We can also book private workshops for groups of 6 or more in evenings. This could range from "The Girls Weekend", family groups or just time well spent with good friends.
Throughout the year I will be announcing the different workshops ranging from wine cork art, paper quilling, decoupage and even working with Photoshop to create your own compositions. So if you want to be kept informed you should signup to our on-line newsletter or provide your email to our workshop book in our shop.
