14k yellow gold carnelian ring

Centre bezel set with an oval faceted carnelian measuring 6.5 x 14 mm. with a scalloped engraved frame, top measuring 12 x 20 mm. The ring weighs 4 grams. The shank is 2 mm wide. Size 8
