Claw set with an oval faceted cut natural sapphire 0.40 ct. estimated weight The sapphire is medium dark blue. There 12 single cut diamonds 0.18 ct. estimated total weight. Included is an 18 inch 14k yellow gold curb link chain 2.2  grams.
