Water when the top 50-75% of the soil is dry. Dracaenas are sensitive to chemicals in tap water so try leaving a jug of water open overnight to allow them to evaporate or use filtered water
Wipe the leaves regularly to remove dust. It is normal for the plant to shed lower leaves as they grow
