14k yellow and white gold ruby and diamond cluster ring

Claw set marquise faceted cut natural ruby 5.00 x 3.00mm., 0.20ct. estimated weight. There are 18 full cut diamonds, 0.40ct, estimated total weight. The clarity/colour grade is SI1-2/H-I, with good proportion and finish. The ring weighs 5.2 grams. Size 9.5.
