14k white gold blue topaz and diamond ring

Set with a square cut blue topaz measuring 8 mm, 2.00 cts estimated weight, Swiss blue. set under gold strip on the top bead set with 6 full cut diamonds 0.06 ct. estimated total weight. The clarity/colour grade is SI-2-I-J. The ring weighs 3.7 grams. Size 5 1/2.
