The World Through Her Eyes - Pre-Framed in White

"While in Paris, I purposely setup my camera on the curb so people would not walk in front of my setup. I was just about to take an architectural image of the Paris Opera House when someone walked in front of my lens. I was a little miffed but then focused on her attire while slowly walking on the road. Quickly recomposing my shot I took this image before she vanished. To help emphasize my vision I processed her in colour which I imagined how she sees her world. The rest I edited in grey scale to emphasize a world she can never understand or be part of. In contrast, note the woman on the right with a beautiful smile, clothes and obviously a very different life. This photo will always have a special place in my heart." -Paul Stewart-
